Blogs and Books for the Young Wife
Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a bookworm. I'm talking I-was-in-a-book-club-and-reading-bowl-in-seventh-grade kind of bookworm. Embarrassing!
Anyway, here is a list of books and blogs that have helped or continues to help me in not just being a wife, but being a woman after God's heart. By the way, this is not a sponsored post and I have not recieved any type of compensation for making this list!

Anyway, here is a list of books and blogs that have helped or continues to help me in not just being a wife, but being a woman after God's heart. By the way, this is not a sponsored post and I have not recieved any type of compensation for making this list!
BLOGS:
- Peaceful Wife's Blog: To me, this lady is like the guru on being a respectful wife! She clearly has done her research and can back up most of her claims through trial and error. Definitely check this blog out if you "tend to be strong willed/in charge whose husband [is] passive".
- Young Wife's Guide: This is clearly geared for young wives, as the author is in her early 20's. However, she is a great resource on not just young marriage, but on "Biblical Womanhood, Hospitality, and Gospel-Centered Homemaking." She will make creating a biblical home seem like a piece of cake!
- Hot, Holy, & Humorous: Okay, for those ladies who are looking for a place to get godly and (humorous) advice on sex within a Christian marriage, this is your place to go! As a newlywed who loves and enjoys sex (shocker), I find this page so fun and quite informative.
- Unveiled Wife: I just found out about this lady, and I like what I see so far! I am looking forward to purchasing her books as well!
- Your Daily Cup of Inspiration: This isn't a wife blog, but her daily inspirational posts are always right on time!
- Heather Lindsey: I may be a little biased because she is my pastor's wife, but the growth of her ministry, Pinky Promise, speaks for itself! She tackles all subjects relating to being a woman after God and looks good doing it!
